Step 1: Visit the theMyPascoConnect portal.

Selecting my profile and clicking on the reset password option will ask for your email address. Enter your email address and tap the retrieve password button.
Once you have clicked the retrieve password button, a new window will open and now you can fill out a form with your account information. Fill out this form with all the necessary information and then click send. A verification link will be sent to your email inbox so that you can verify that it is indeed your account attempting to reset your password. Clicking on this link will allow you access to a page that allows you to change your password.
Step 3: Click the button “Password Recovery Settings”
